I've been looking for one too, have you found a place aside from ebay that sells them so that I can see the thing prior to purchasing? Or

Should there be a period in place of the comma?

Plural. The problem with many if these questions is the poor phrasing. Often, the better answer is not to correct the grammar in question, but to rephrase the statement, e.g. "I think 17 year old girls not wearing costumes shouldn't get candy." I do, however, have some ideas of what they should get...
