I would like to write a commandment letter to my boss. I'll write the ideas and I would be grateful to you if you formulate the letter.
I would like to congratulate him for the promotions he got and tell him that he really deserve it.
I want to show that I'm impressed with his personality from the first time I attended the interview with him three years ago and what made me believe in what I thought is what other people tell about him.
(for your information I worked under him for only 3 months 3 years ago, and just this year he is my boss again)
I want to tell him that I was happy working under him because he was caring about his staff and value the job they do.
and he was always showing a good attitude (like smiling and asking about obstruct we face) and this make us eager to come to work. this is an indication of good management skills.
I want to tell him that I'm proud and lucky to be working under him again.
thank you
