Comma use after introductory phrase?

Hi, I was just wondering if it's acceptable not to use a comma after the phrase "In my mind"?

In my mind you are every truth and virtue,
The cold that seeps into my frail being;
A lover of night, imprisoned by dawn,
And the tapestry of my immortal dreams.

Commas are used less in modern poetry than in prose and other writing. Moreover, I think what the writer is expressing here is how he perceives the object of the poem. e.

Commas are used less in modern poetry than in prose and other writing. Moreover, I think what the writer is expressing here is how he perceives the object of the poem. He is describing how he holds that person in his perception, i.e. mind. It's not the same as the introductory phrase, in my mind, which would indeed normally be followed by a comma.
