Comma use

I was just listing the number of skills I gained from an experience writing for a student newspaper. Has teh comma in this sentence been used correctly?

- A strong ability to write for a wide readership, which is a skill I gained through creating articles which are both accessible and appealing to the newspaper's 20,000 readers.
