Should I keep or get rid of the comma after "Watch'?

It is your choise, as stated above. But to clarify what the difference would be:

With a comma, you mean that the information following the comma is actually not necessary, it is just additional information. Such as "A member of the watch (who also happens to be the collector of of recruits)."

Without a comma, however, you mean that the information is needed to identify the membe

AnonymousOn a side note, I don't think you should write "city's dungeon", there is a rule that says inanimate objects don't take the apostrophe genitive. Use either "dungeon's of the city" or "city dungeons" as a compound noun.
I'd say it was a helpful suggestion rather than a rule. The city's dungeons seems fine to me.
