Comma Use

Very personable and extremely articulate communicator with an excellent work ethic and varied experience in diverse work situations.

How do you think this sentence can be approved? Would you add a comma before the 2nd "and"?

Thanks guys. By the way, this sentence is sort of a bullet point on a resume and I hear brevity is more important than adding things like "I am".

I don't believe it is intended to be a complete sentence, Mark. It is an entry on a CV, I think.
