Comma usage with "which"

I am struggling with when to use a comma before which.

Would, "Now, was that for the work done in February of 2008, which would be the month Mrs. Carter was injured?" be correct?

Can anyone give me any clarification on when a comma is needed? I always seem to have issues with this.

Thank you!
