Comma usage: correctly used here?
Hi. Please help.
1. How would you punctuate the underlined parts with commas?
He came home and being very tired, went to bed right away.
She met him, and seeing that he was a stranger, didn't tell him anything about herself.
2. I have seen the likes of below that seem to be called "quotes," "expressions" or "sayings." And I have seen them used alone or as sort of a section title. Are they correctly punctuated? Or do they outside the rules of grammar - possibly due to the type of writing they are?

How about this? I looked (searched) online and it seems to be written "Well begun is half begun." Anyway I have seen like below with a comma in the middle. Is this correctly punctuated?
