Comma usage: correctly used here?

Hi. Please help.

1. How would you punctuate the underlined parts with commas?

He came home and being very tired, went to bed right away.

She met him, and seeing that he was a stranger, didn't tell him anything about herself.

2. I have seen the likes of below that seem to be called "quotes," "expressions" or "sayings." And I have seen them used alone or as sort of a section title. Are they correctly punctuated? Or do they outside the rules of grammar - possibly due to the type of writing they are?

Time out, take five

So far, so good

How about this? I looked (searched) online and it seems to be written "Well begun is half begun." Anyway I have seen like below with a comma in the middle. Is this correctly punctuated?

Well begun, half done

Hi, Very generaly speaking, it might help you to ponder the idea that a comma represents a place where you would naturally pause briefly in speaking. Reasons for pausing briefly include helping the listener to identify the compobents of your sentence, and also giving him time to think about and absorb what you have just said. 1.

Hi. Thank you. As to what I wrote (see below), there was a typing mistake; it should be "Well begun is half done."
