Comma to provide a breathing space or make its meaning clear?

Hi. Please help. I think it is correct to say that two of the important uses of a comma are (1) to provide a pause so the readers have time to digest/understand the sentence(s) and its (their) meaning, and (2) to place it in a certain place in a sentence to make the meaning clear. I also think for the example sentences below, the definite article "the" after the word "Remember" is optional for the first set and after the word "noted" for the second set.

Which is correct?

1. Remember, that it is important to take breaks time to time to replenish yourself ...

2. Remember that it is important to take breaks time to time to replenish yourself ...

3. Remember, it is important to take breaks time to time to replenish yourself ...

I am sorry, but please let me know your answer would be the same for the following set?

1. It is to be noted, that it is important to take breaks time to time to replenish yourself ...

2. It is to be noted that it is important to take breaks time to time to replenish yourself ...

3. It is to be noted, it is important to take breaks time to time to replenish yourself ...

Hi. I am the person who thank you an hour or so ago. Please help me with this, too.

I think there are seven coordinate conjunctions and "or" is one of them. Why is that I see some sentences that has a comma after it, like the example sentence below, when I don't seem to see them with the others?

eg,

Well, your example is particularly revealing, because it is not even a single sentence. The conjunction has been used to begin a new sentence, which is definitely forbidden by strict grammarians. As you can see, therefore, the rules are not as tight as some think they should be, and a comma is used informally (as in your example) to mark a pause in the writer's thinking, just as the conjunction
