Comma Splicing Query

Please have a look at these, if you'd be so kind:

“You’re an ugly, hideous freak, that’s all you are!"

"He’s an animal, that’s all he is!” he shouts.

"You’re a killer, Paul, that’s all you are, a cold-blooded killer."

Are those three sentences comma splices? Should those commas before "that's" in each of them be semi-colons?

I would say that he doesn’t need both ugly and hideous, as the latter means very ugly. If he does use both adjectives, however, the comma is necessary.

I am not convinced.
Just as I would not say 'is a jolly and fat and old man', I wouldn't put any commas there. So I think we just have different styles.
