Comma splice, or dangling participle.

Hi. I can't quite work out why this sentence is incorrect, but I know it is - mainly because the two clauses are just unrelated. They don't connect. Can someone please say exactly what's wrong with it.

"Boasting a large 2-litre capacity for up to 12 weeks use, it also has a handy clip-lock lid to prevent spillage and an easy pour spout."
