Comma question

I am trying to improve my writing skills, but I have questions and I cannot find the answers online. I'm hoping I can find then here.

In a sentence like:
'We will not be purchasing this product. We feel it is not suitable for our needs, and secondly because the feel the cost is too high'

Now And is a conjunction so needs a comma, but does the secondly need a comma too? It is a weak interruption? Or is this punctuated correctly?

The comma should be removed because your sentence has other style problems. It should look like this: We will not be purchasing this product. We feel that it is not suitable for our needs and that the cost is too high.
