comma question

How does this sentence sound better / What is right?:
Like this without a comma: "All test fields that are not selected disappear."
Or with a comma: "All test fields that are not selected, disappear."
Or maybe like this: "All test fields, that are not selected, disappear."
All suggestions welcome and TX in advance for your input.

All except the first sentence are ungrammatical. If you use a comma at the beginning of a relative clause, you need one at the end as well. On the other hand, a comma is never used in relative clauses beginning with that.
