Comma placement.

Hey guys, I was discussing with my cousin on a certain comma placement in a sentence.

His sentence was "Wish I could, too."

My argument was that there does not need to be a comma between could and too.

And his argument was there does need to be one because too means as well and you would use a comma with as well.
