Comma or semi-colon?

Hi can someone tell me if my grammar is correct here or should a comma replace the semi-colon....

A highly motivated and flexible individual; I am experienced and capable of operating in a variety of areas, not limited to but including - customer service, sales, planning, data analysis, credit control and debt recovery.
