Comma or not

Hello,

At one stage, he was tempted to tell her everything. (comma after stage)

At one stage he was tempted ... everything. (no comma)

At one point, he was tempted .... everything (comma after point)

At one point he was tempted ... everything. (no comma)

With comma or without comma - which one is correct? Because I see both variations when I google search it.

thank you.
