Comma or full stop?

Hi, everyone.

Could you tell me whether I should use comma or full stop or any other punctuation mark after "vaccine"?

And Is "upon that" correct?

The puppy has already been injected with an anti itch vaccinne. Do you think it will cause a problem if we use ivermectine upon that.

Thanks!
