Comma or em dash

Hi Masters,

I keep getting confused between comma and em dash, where to use which.

THis example:

Maybe the men will help, even those men who are indifferent.

Is a comma in the above line right, or can I use an em dash? Which is appropriate here?Emotion: thinking
