Is a comma needed in the following sentence?

" My role was to orgainse and deliver events and secure sponsorship."

Thanks, Yoong. However, I'm not sure about the comma between "organise" and "deliver". I'm trying to say I organised and delivered events as well as secured sponsorship.

The problem with that is that the speaker is almost certainly not just delivering events and organising, but is delivering events and organising them.

I'd put a comma after 'events' in the original.

thanks, fivejedjon. Would that be an oxford comma? From what I understand, oxford commas aren't necessary. I know you said you would include a comma, but would it be incorrect not to include one? Thanks
