comma in mailing address

Hi Everyone,

A punctuation question. Kindly check the examples below. Should there be commas after the unit number? How about after the floor if it's spelled out, assuming I can't abbreviate it?

1. Unit 14, 11th Floor, Columbia Tower, ...
2. Unit 14 11th Floor, Columbia Tower, ...
3. Unit 14, 11th Floor Columbia Tower, ...
4. Unit 14 11th Floor Columbia Tower, ...

5. Unit 14, 11/F, Columbia Tower, ..
6. Unit 14 11/F, Columbia Tower, ...
7. Unit 14 11/F Columbia Tower, ...
8. Unit 14, 11/F Columbia Tower, ...

9. G/F Columbia Tower, ...
10. Ground Floor, Columbia Tower, ...

Thanks much.
