Comma in heading

While proofreading a newsletter for an organization I belong to, we had a little argument regarding the heading of an announcement: "Attention All Members". There was one person who insisted on a comma after "attention". While I couldn't argue with her basic premise, I felt that it was rather silly, if not unnecessary, to insist on it in the case of a heading. What do you gurus think?

Ditto.

Can I hijack the headline topic to trot out my favourite headline of all time? After the unlikely victory of the Caledonian Thistle football team over Scottish giants Celtic:

Super Calley Go Ballistic, Celtic Are Atrocious.
