comma for "Fall in Boston"

Do I need a comma after describing the season in the caption, "Fall in Boston"? Otherwise I could mean fall in Boston (season), or fall in Boston. (command. ouch!)

No comma. It could mean either with (which is wrong anyway) or without a comma, but you must trust the reader to have at least a soupçon of common sense.
