Comma, dash, full stop or exclamation mark

My friend said "I have some good news." I want to respond with one of the following. Which is correct?

A) Great. I look forward to hearing your good news.
B) Great - I look forward to hearing your good news.
C) Great, I look forward to hearing your good news.
D) Great! I look forward to hearing your good news.

They are all OK as casual and informal English. But D is the best.
