Comma check plz.

In this sentence:

Sierra Miller, a 33 year old compassionate looking blond woman, is putting clothes away when she hears the sound of glass breaking.

would I need any extra commas?

I think it should be "... a 33-year-old compassionate-looking blonde woman, ..." (It's usually spelled 'blonde' in the feminine form.)

But compassionate-looking is a very strange adjective. How does someone look compassionate?
