Comma before the adverb?

"He points out that the Pyrrhonists act in accordance with the observance of everyday life adoxastos, a term that in the Pyrrhonean vocabulary means to restrict oneself to what appears without making any assertion about the real nature of things."

The word "adoxastos" is an adverb (something like "undogmatically"). Should I put a comma before it?

Thanks,
