Comma before 'rather than'?

"The organic farmer's focus is on a process, rather than on products."

I feel like there shouldn't be a comma after 'process.' Can anyone tell me if this is correct? Thanks.

' Can anyone tell me if this is correct? Thanks. I wouldn't say either way is wrong.

  • If you use the comma, it causes the reader to pause and reflect a bit after he hears the first part of the sentence.
