Comma before 'and'

Hi,

Here is the sentence:

"Work on project Y in a group of four, and act as the contact person"

It's a sentence for my resume, so there is no 'I'.

I know it sounds pretty good without the comma... but I have a similar sentence twice as long and I think it's better to add comma when the sentence is long.
