Comma AND question mark in quotes.

Hi All,

My profile is currently being created - which is why I am 'anonymous'.

What is the correct way to punctuate a sentence which requires a comma AND a question mark?

"Oh really," she said.

or

"Oh really?" she said.

I definitely want the question mark because of the dialog I am writing.

I'm pretty sure this is wrong:

"Oh really?", she said.

Thanks,
Bruce (see - I'm not anoymous anymore)

Hi Bruce. This way:

"Oh really?" she said.

Generally, commas are superseded. Of course, what I always recommend is to avoid such sticklers by recasting: She said, "Oh, really?"
