Comma and Question Mark

I am not sure if I should put a comma before the so and a question mark on the last sentence. Thank you inadvance.


You may be aware of the issue that occurred at Blake Tower, where one of the residents called our out of hours help desk to report a jammed lift door on the 4th floor. We have decided to issue a fob to your engineers, so they can have access to the building for emergency situations.


Please can you arrange for the fob to be collect during the week.
