Comma and perhaps

Perhaps, he is angry. (comma after perhaps)
Perhaps he is angry. (no comma)

Are both forms fine?

It is me again. I take it a comma is not necessary after perhaps, but is it okay to still add one for the sake of pause? thanks, Anil
