I don't understand your concerns, but these are correctly punctuated: My hobbles include eating and drinking Japanese food, watching and playing football, and learning and creating new things. My hobbles include eating and drinking Japanese food and watching and playing football, as well as learning and creating new things. Please note that a space goes after a comma, not before it.

Hi,

I concern that whether I can use comma before and and as well as or not.

However, now, I have new question2.

Are sentence 3 and 4 wrong?
Do my sentence need to have a and if I write a as well as?

Thanks

#3 and #4 are wrong. 'And' is a coordinating conjunction; 'as well as' is a subordinating conjunction (it usually introduces an extra item into an existing list). Therefore, you need the 'and'.
