Comma after "orator" / "a such" or "such a"?

Demosthenes, the outstanding Greek orator suffered a such serious speech impediment that he could hardly speak.

1. Should there be a comma after "orator"?

2. Should it be " such a" instead of "a such"?

Thanks.
