Comma a sentence

The original sentence:

During the environmental site assessment, miscellaneous construction materials, including steel and concrete piles, scaffoldings and temporary worker accommodation were observed adjacent to the south of the subject property. No waste materials were observed on the ground of the construction area.

I think it should be added a comma: (Please see at the third comma)

During the environmental site assessment, miscellaneous construction materials, including steel and concrete piles, scaffoldings and temporary worker accommodation, were observed adjacent to the south of the subject property. No waste materials were observed on the ground of the construction area.

I think it looks like:

During the environmental site assessment, Noun(s), including ..... , were observed adjacent to.....

Please let me know, Thanks a lot
