Hello,

Is this sentence correct (regarding commas): "Did you know that, when it snows, everything is white."

Think about it. If you make "when it snows" parenthetical, which is what happens when you enclose it in commas, the sentence has to stand alone without it as "Did you know that everything is white?" Not everything is white, right?
