No, but you're on the right track. / Yes, in my opinion.

Initial prepositional phrases are not usually set off by commas unless they are exceptionally long.

What about in the next example? The first part is a prepositional phrase, right? So there shouldn't be a comma?

Right. I would not put a comma there. There is very little danger that a reader would think that the sentence starts with the constituent "With Photoshop things".
