Dear members

"The problem is that to keep moving up, you have to adandon the security."

It seems to me that the sencentence above have to delect "comma " before "you" or add before "to".

So the correct setence would be lke these below

"The problem is that, to keep moving up, you have to adandon the security."

"The problem is that to keep moving up you have to adandon the security."

Am I right?

Dear Mbouti, Yes - you are absolutely right. My preference would be to add commas, but I cannot see any possible ambiguity which would arise if they were omitted. Kind regards, Michael

If you are going to have commas, they should be before and after to keep moving up, in my opinion. A single comma is not appropriate anywhere.
