Hi
Shouldn't I put a comma after applying?
My main area of interest that really motivates me for applying is in the pharmaceutical science.

(Don't use "the" before "pharmaceutical science.")
(You can also say "to apply" instead of "fro applying." Personally, I find that more natural.)

Perhaps you could say "My ultimate goal, and the reason I want to be a part of this program, is to work in the pharmaceutical industry."
