I would like to know which is correct.
1. A man seeing me taking pictures wanted me to take one of him with me.
2. A man, seeing me taking pictures, wanted me to take one of him with me.
3. A man seeing me taking pictures, wanted me to take one of him with me.

Hi Wowenglish, I see no difference in meaning between 1 and 2. 1 describes the man - which man? the man who saw me taking pictures 2 says you don't really care "which" man, but it gives some additional information about him (information that makes it a bit mroe cleary why he wanted me to take a picture) Howeer, there's no real difference.
