Comma

Hi all.

I'm unsure about the usage of the comma, especially when used with the word even.

EG: 'They are no longer eligible for the scholarships, even is they end up studying at that institution'

If the sentence began with even clause, I would place a sentence after institution; vice versa, I'm unsure
