My book says we must not use a comma after 'but.' Well, usually we don't use it after 'but.' But is it completely wrong to use it after that?

I guess it's possible when you want to make a kind of parenthesis: "But, and this is only my opinion, you shouldn't use a comma there".

We don't usually place a comma after but, but it sometimes happens. Normally the conjunctions are not followed by commas, but plenty of special cases like Pieanne's can be conjured up, I think.

I can't think of any other example, Taka; as MM said, you don't usually use a comma after "but".
