Coming from down at the ground floor

If I'm looking down at the ground floor from a window above at the second floor and see some smoke coiling upwards from down there, can I say the following?

I see smoke coming upwards from down at the ground floor.

My problem is basically with the part in italics and blue.

You don't need "down at". You can just say "I see smoke coming up from the ground floor."
