Comfortable with/about

Are both sentences correct? Does one of them sound more natural than the other?

A- She doesn't feel comfortable with her body.
B- She doesn't feel comfortable about her body.

Thanks in advance.

I'd use "about" or "in", the latter indicating even greater discomfort, perhaps (at its most extreme) to the point of being a psychiatric problem.
