If a woman enters a kitchen, is it then possible to say:

She comes out with the milk and puts it in the fridge.

If she comes out of the kitchen with the milk, how can she put it in the fridge? She's not in the kitchen. Where is the fridge?

Do you mean She comes in with the milk? You can use that, but the verb 'bring' may be better for your context.

She brings in the milk and puts it in the fridge.
