Come/go in on Friday

My manager said' you can come in either on Monday or Thursday, let me know'. Should I reply 'OK, I will go IN on Friday'? Or is it 'OK,I will go on Friday?', or, is it'I'll come in on Monday'? Thanks a lot in advance.

Please note your manager said Monday or Thursday.
Your reply says Friday. That was not one of your choices.
