Question

Please help with what a comedian, Todd Barry, is saying on 1:15 second:" They gonna knock me off fat top bonk??? I'm gonna fall right into a danish runaway?? If I'm correct, what does it mean?

This is what I hear:

Whoa baby... If this is how rough you get in the middle of the street, what's gonna happen when you get back to the youth hostel? You're gonna knock me off that top bunk! I'm gonna fall right into a Danish runaway!

I think he means the top bunk of a bunk bed.

If that is what he says, I don't think I get the joke anyway. By falling "into a Danish runaway" he might mean he's going to fall into her ******, which is expected to be pretty big it seems, but I don't know why it's "Danish". Didn't he say he was in Barcelona? Maybe Danish runaways are well-known for some reason? [:^)]
Wait. Maybe he was thinking of doing it on the top bunk, and expected to be knocked away and land hundreds of miles away in a runway in Denmark? [:^)]
I have no idea, but something tells me that joke will turn out to be a crappy joke anyway.

I'm not a native speaker though. Hopefully someone else will come up with a better answer.

Hi I'm also thinking that he would have *** with the prositiutet on the upper bed in a bunk bed and be knocked away a level to land on a runaway from Denmark.

Why Denmark?

Well I'm from Sweden and therefore I have been asked lots about how our "Scandinavian old wiking culture carries on"...that the Danish Wikings were a bit more active and that Danish folkes seem very headstrong or independent in general, whilst Swedish people rather stay neutral and independent.

So due to the Danish being being known as headstrong travelers, it is an easy pick for him (Danish could also connote the cookie: "danish").

Would a native English speaker mind giving us a hand here, please?

Since it's a comedy show i think there's nothing if I venture with my explanations. I didn't know that it would go that far.

So after some research

I found out that Danish is a kind of ***http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=danish # 7 , but why runaway?

Here's an answer for you... and I'm pretty sure this is right on.  As a traveler myself, you find that hostel rooms can often times have bunk beds.. he is definitel refering to bunk beds (one on top of another)... and as far as the whole Danish runaway goes... it's literal.  He is actually talking about Danish runaways, because Danes are known for there adventurous attitudes and you stumble upon many of them while traveling around Euorope.  And they usually are traveling cause they haven't found their purpose in life, as like many other travelers.  So to consider a traveling Dane as a runaway, would not be that far off.
