How would you naturally phrase this? Which is natural?

You tend to always come to conclusion too fast before having all the facts/information.

You tend to always draw conclusions before having all the facts/information.

This one is OK. However, "tend to" and "always" are somewhat contradictory. You should use one or the other.

You tend to draw conclusions ...
You always draw conclusions ...

This one is OK, but "come to conclusions too fast" is said as "jump to conclusions" in English, thus:

You [tend to / always] jump to conclusions before having all the facts.
