Come to pick me up or come and pick me up? I'd say 'and' because this is what I and most people say in a casual conversation like this. Clive

Around here, and in many other places, I suppose, it's "Please come pick me up." Let the grammarians figure out what the story is with that, but that's what we say. I guess it's the same model as "Can you go get her?" "Go get it." "Come bail me out of jail." It strikes me as an old locution and not colloquial.
