(Come) rain or shine

Please tell me which sentences of the following are correct.
1. Anna still attended university, (come) rain or shine.
2. Anna still attended university (come) rain or shine.
3. Anna attended university, (come) rain or shine.
4. Anna attended university (come) rain or shine.
Are all correct or just some? I think there should not be "still" in the sentence and having a comma or not is acceptable

They all seem a bit unnatural because of the basic premise. In my thinking, 'attending university' has nothing to do with the weather. Now, attending classes at a school could be affected by the weather.
