"Did David come here?" is correct.

When the helping verb "do" (did, doesn't, etc.) is used in questions, and negative statements, etc., the main verb is always in the "base form," and does not change.

David doesn't come here any more.

"Did David come here?" - Correct

"Did David came here?" - Incorrect. Try to avoid saying "came" after the word "did" as in this sentence as it is wrong to do so.
