Come off UEL refers to what?

Hello!

My question is about the Excitation Limiter, but I don't hope u exlain the inside technique of the sentence to me. What I would like to learn from you is the meaning of the word "come off" in the following context. Also please kindly explain the English language meaning of "raise the excitation to come off the UEL"

Note: HMI:Human Machine Interface; UEL:Underexcitation Limiter

Context:

Indication will be given on the LED’s and HMI when the UEL is operating.
Slowly raise the excitation to come off the UEL

Thanks very much!

Best regards,

Hi, I have no idea what this is all about. But if you 'come off' a machine, it usually means you are detached from the machine. eg You are attached to a machine that helps you to breathe.
